Spring yoga retreat

Three days retreating in the wild beauty of Dartmoor

Friday March 24 to Sunday March 26 2018

There is a point in mid-March when we can usually feel spring bursting out both in ourselves and in the land.

This retreat will follow this movement by exploring this aspect of ourselves through postures, breath work, meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, satsang (a spiritual discourse) and silence. There will also be time for personal reflection with walks on the moor.

All the teaching is held in Buckland-In-the-Moor village hall a 20-minute walk from my home. The retreat is residential with simple shared accommodation available at my home, or if you prefer, at a local B&B, Airbnb or from your home. All meals will be organic and vegetarian. Please advise when booking of any dietary needs.

Full payment is required to book your retreat place. Booking and payment must be received by Monday March 13 2017 to secure your place.

These retreat really put me in a different space. I love the combined influence of the teaching and environment. I arrive tired and overworked and leave rested, grounded, inspired and energised.

There is enough time to allow the body and mind to release, enjoy the wild beauty of Dartmoor, silence, good teaching, company and food.

I love these retreats. I enjoy simple living, exceptional teaching with a chilled out teacher in a peaceful and supportive environment. A no pressure zone!

We cover 12 hours of teaching which is skilfully balanced with time for walking, reflection, log fires, discussion on chosen topics and enjoy delicious vegetarian food.  I highly recommend these retreats.
